BOLASPORT.COM – The Indonesian men’s doubles pair, Fajar Alfian / Muhammad Rian Ardianto, became one of the most fertile Red-White representatives this year.

Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto have reached seven finals, in three of them they came out as champions.

It is noted that Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto are also representatives of Indonesia who are often seen climbing up to the podium.

At the 2022 Asian Championships and 2022 World Championships they are entitled to a bronze medal thanks to qualifying for the semifinals.

Despite the increase in achievement, Fajar/Rian’s position in the BWF world ranking (Badminton World Federation) has not been raised.

Fajar/Rian even had to drop a line to sixth place after being replaced by a Malaysian pair, Aaron Chia/Soh Wooi Yik, who had just become world champions.

However, Fajar/Rian only need to maintain a consistent performance.

According to the data collected BadmintonStatistics.netnormal world ranking calculation will show Fajar/Rian in third world ranking.

The current BWF world rankings are still counting points from the tournament three years ago as compensation for the restrictions imposed by the pandemic.
