The first duel of the day brought together scarlet and Brazilian women, who played an attractive match, in which the Belo Horizonte team began winning with a score from Nathane Fabem at minute 11. Then América achieved momentary equality with a good header from Ingrid Vidal, on minute 33. For the complementary part, the visit took advantage again with a score by Katielle Ribeiro at 59 and twenty minutes later, the red devils, got the final tie with a great goal by Mariana Muñoz.
In the second match on Saturday, Deportivo Cali had a complicated first half, but in the second, they thrashed Olimpia 4-0 with goals from Ingrid Vidal (59′), Manuela Pavi (62′), Tatiana Ariza (84′ ) and Elexa Barh (90+3′). On Monday, the Idol Cup will have its second day with two high-level matches. At 3:25 in the afternoon, Olimpia will face Atlético Mineiro from Brazil.
