A sport-health village on Saturday September 24 in Saint-Brieuc

The first sports-health village organized by the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee (CDOS) Côtes-d’Armor, Saturday, September 24 at the Steredenn gymnasium, in Saint-Brieuc, will offer stands and initiations in the field of sports and health. A dozen sports clubs and committees will be present.

Disc-golf, judo, rugby, basket…

“We want to show that there are many activities that allow you to resume sport at your own pace, depending on your pathology, if there is one”explains Claire Burban, sports animator at CDOS 22.

Initiation to tug of war, disc golf, judo, rugby, basketball, football and tennis are on the program, from noon to 4:30 p.m. Previously, from 10:30 a.m., uA conference on the benefits of sport will be offered at the Maison des sports in Saint-Brieuc. Admission is open to all and free.
