Altisports in Chaspuzac got off to a good start. After two sessions, the staff are well established in the municipality.
If the judo discipline has been noticed for several seasons on competitions, the fitness part is less known.
In fact, word of mouth has allowed this season to increase the numbers for Zumba and Tahitian dance. If zumba is also very well known to the general public and is practiced just about everywhere, this is not the case with Tahitian dance and Altisports has found the rare pearl “a Tahitian”!
Opuhi with her communicative smile, her benevolence and above all her knowledge of movements and gestures makes some people want to come here for her expertise. There are still places left for judo and for the Opuhi classes, it is possible to do a free trial class.
In three towns
Altisports is present in three municipalities (Polignac, Espaly and Chaspuzac) and represents a schedule of 30 hours of lessons per week.
All courses are decompartmentalized, that is to say that according to your subscription you do the courses you want in the municipality you want.
The children are directly in unlimited sessions, that is to say they can practice judo on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, but also dance on Wednesday.

Judo on Tuesday: 4/6 years old 5 p.m., 7/14 years old 5:45 p.m.
Zumba Thursday 6:45 p.m. and Tahitian dance 7:45 p.m.
