As reported by “Zeit”., an arrest warrant was issued against 62-year-old Sabine Söldner. The director of the court confirmed this.
In 2012, Assauer’s former secretary and the 78-year-old plastic surgeon Heinz Bull, who was a friend of Assauer’s Alzheimer’s disease, were appointed general representatives. Together they took care of his financial affairs – until his death in February 2019.

Last year, the Essen district court decided that Assauer’s ex-secretary must explain where the Schalke legend’s money went. The court thus corresponded to a request for information from the custodian of the estate. But the question of how the general power of attorney was used remained unanswered.
According to “Zeit”, mercenaries have so far refused to provide information about expenses and income and to pay a fixed fine. The district court of Gelsenkirchen is said to have issued the arrest warrant for Sabine Söldner on July 13.
Also against Assauer’s daughter Bettina Michel (57), who had cared for her father with dementia to the last, an arrest warrant had been applied for, it is said. Because she too has not cooperated with the court as requested, despite repeated requests.
