Aprilia rider Maverick Viñales went away on holiday feeling like he had found his footing in Aprilia. During free practice at the Silverstone circuit he confirmed it and yesterday in practice he confirmed that he will be in front. Viñales was 0.098 seconds from Zarco’s pole position. On the front line of the grid they are joined by another Ducati, that of Jack Miller.

The two main contenders for the title, World Championship leader Fabio Quartararo, and second overall, will start from the second row, fourth and sixth.
