GEiEG announced yesterday the renewal of Anna Jòdar, who will play her third season with the first team. Born in 1995, last season the base achieved an average of 6 points per game in Women’s League 2, and asserted its leadership in the promotion phase. “I’m delighted to renew, I want to continue helping the team, especially with the rhythm and control of the game”, assessed Jòdar.
In this way, therefore, the group organization closed yesterday the preparation of the staff for the next season. The ten players that Bernat Vivolas will coach in the Women’s League 2 are the following: Núria Bagaria, Anna Jòdar, Clàudia Morente, Alba Coma, Janina Pairó, Alba Riera, Júlia Fernández, Blanca Casamort, Vane González and Helena Condom. Thus, the block of recent years will be maintained, with a squad that stands out for being made up entirely of athletes who have spent all or most of their formative stage in the club’s base categories. This is almost unheard of in the entire category.
