Thailand at the end of the horn, this is the list of teams that were eliminated from the 2022 AFF U-16 Cup

JAKARTA – Thailand U-16’s journey in the 2022 AFF U-16 Cup is not as smooth as imagined. The position of Tontawan et al is currently at the end of the storm and they are also included in the list of teams that will be eliminated.

Thailand U-16 so far has pocketed four points or equal to Timor Leste. However, they are in second place because they lost in goal productivity.

While Laos followed in third with a value of two points. This means that the competition to penetrate the semifinals will be fierce.

In the final match of Group B, Thailand U-16 will face Timor Leste at the Maguwoharjo Stadium, Sunday (7/8/2022) afternoon. While in a different location, Laos challenged Brunei.

Therefore, there is no way out for Thailand U-16 other than winning the final Group B match. However, if Thailand U-16 is defeated by Timor Leste and Laos wins big over Brunei, then Laos will accompany Timor Leste to the semifinals.
