Latvian javelin thrower Rolands Štrobinders also participated in the # True Athletes Classics international athletics competition held in the German city of Leverkusen.
Talsinieks, who just finished in the top eight at the European Championships in Munich, now reached 80.70m in his best attempt in another German city, which is Strobinder’s second best result of the season and which gave him second place.
The young DĀR thrower Valdo Smits won with a new personal record – 81.47 m.
This was Roland’s 13th competition this season. He has exceeded the 80 m mark three times. The best result – 80.91 m.
