August marks the start of the last third of the regular season in Major League Baseball (MLB). As the new “Home of Baseball”, SPORT1 will of course remain in the thick of things and will be showing six live games in the current month at the regular time slots on Wednesday and Sunday evenings on free TV.
It starts live on August 3rd at 9:45 p.m. when the in-form New York Mets make a guest appearance at the Washington Nationals. From a German perspective, the performance of Max Kepler and his Minnesota Twins will be particularly exciting.
There are also more live games from the MLB on the pay TV channel SPORT1+ and on the multisport streaming platform SPORT1 Extra. Another live game with German commentary is regularly scheduled on SPORT1+ on Saturday evening.
