The badminton player María Julieth Pérez Tangarife was signed by the Badminton Oviedo club in Spain, after her brilliant performance at the International Summer Camp. The figure will now compete in the highest category of this sports discipline in Iberian territory, in the Badminton Honor Division, which begins competitions on September 17 and in which 10 clubs participate.
“I am very happy because it is one of the dreams I had had since I was very little, to be able to prepare myself outside the country, where badminton was much bigger, where we had the conditions, the stage, the material, the very well-trained coaches and with enough knowledge to be able to learn, continue gaining experience and improve the level”, he said.
