Peralada eliminated Vilassar in the first round of the Copa Catalunya, in a match held in Mataró, thanks to a goal by Moha three minutes from the end.
In the first half, neither team was able to break the tie on the scoreboard. The best chance of the first half was for the champagnes. Adrià Méndez kicked a free kick that crashed into the post. In the second half, when it looked like the game would not be decided in regulation time, one of the team’s new signings, Moha, appeared. The forward put Peralada ahead three minutes from the end with a shot from outside the area that ended up in the goal. A goal that was worth a classification.
