Pablo Insua: “The adaptation has been very good; I see a team with great potential”

The central Pablo Insua, the first signing in the Orlegi era, spoke in the press room of Mareo at the end of training.

His statements:

Adaptation: “It was great from the first day. I felt well received, they made things very easy for me. Everything is so comfortable that it is difficult not to adapt quickly. I am close to 100% adapted”

Couple with Cali: “We’ve only had a few training sessions together, we’re getting to know each other little by little. I think we’re going to feel very comfortable”

Abelard: “I see it as an opportunity to have him to improve. He was a great centre-back, he knows what this is all about. I feel privileged that he trains me, he’s going to make me grow a lot”.

Can Sporting be up?: Yes. We know how difficult and how long the category is. I think we have a good base, the sensations are very good in preseason. I see a team with great potential, but then you have to show it. There is little left to start and I think we started from a good point.

template level: “I played in high-level squads with promotion goals. I think they didn’t have much to envy of this one. We have a very competitive team, but we have to show it on the pitch. Good things are being seen on a day-to-day basis, with people working one thousand percent. We will see what we are capable of”.

Gijon: “I am very happy, I am from Coruña, I find many similarities and I feel at home. Inside the club and outside, people are very familiar, very close. You breathe the feeling of a great club”.

Environment of El Molinón: “Given what we saw at the presentation, I expect a spectacular atmosphere. Wherever we go, there are always Sporting supporters. I am very surprised. People will continue to respond to Sporting and I expect a very good atmosphere in the first league match”.

presentation: “I find it incredible that the entire grandstand is full at a players’ presentation. It shows you a bit of what Sporting is, the enthusiasm of the people and the responsibility we have with those people. When you go out on the pitch, you don’t expect so much people. That shows the greatness of the club”.
