NFL: Kyler Murray and the Cardinals in conflict?

It’s not the mad love between Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals.

According to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen, the Cardinals would infuriate the young quarterback, who would feel humiliated since the team’s loss in the playoffs to the Los Angeles Rams.

Mortensen says Murray feels the Cardinals are scapegoating him for the setback. However, members of the organization would describe Murray as egocentric and immature. According to them, he tends to blame others for the team’s failures.

Rumors of a bickering between the two sides started circulating recently, when Murray deleted anything that ties him to the Cardinals from his social media accounts.

Despite the tension, the Cardinals expect it to die down and they still consider Murray their No. 1 quarterback. Team veterans have reportedly contacted him and head coach Kliff Kingsbury about to do a self-assessment of his work to help Murray progress.
