Young Jules Pommery was reclassified to 3rd place in the long jump competition at the European Athletics Championships in Munich on Tuesday, bringing a first medal to France.
Several minutes after being declared 4th, Pommery (21) benefited after claiming the cancellation of a jump from Briton Jacob Fincham-Dukes, bitten. He finished behind the Greek Miltiadis Tentoglou and the Swedish Thobias Montler.
