Men’s 100-kilometer class final, Saitama Sakae and Michihiro Arai defeated Nabari’s Santa Yoshida (below) to win the championship = Ehime Prefectural Budokan
On the 12th day of the national high school inter-high school (inter-high), it was held at Ehime Prefecture Budokan on the 8th, and Michihiro Arai (Saitama Sakae) in the 100 kg class won the second straight victory in the judo men’s individual competition. Naoto Izawa (Narashino, Chiba) won the 81kg class, Koumei Kawabata (Kokushikan, Tokyo) in the 90kg class, and Takenobu Takahara (Sutoku, Hiroshima) in the over 100kg class.
After qualifying for gymnastics, Ichifunabashi (Chiba) for the men and Sabae (Fukui) for the women advanced to the finals with the overall group first place. World Championships (October-November, Liverpool, England) Women’s representative Shoko Miyata (Sabae) scored a total of 57.865 points in four categories. The final will be held on the 9th.
