José Rodriguez, trained at Real Madrid, close to the Union

The 27-year-old Spaniard, who could count on the interest of other Belgian but also foreign clubs, was charmed by the unionist project. In 2012, he played in the Champions League match between Real Madrid and Ajax Amsterdam in a team coached by José Mourinho and with Benzema, Ronaldo or even Kaka and Modric as teammates.

On that day, at 17, he became the youngest Real Madrid footballer to play a Champions League match. A record that has not been broken since.

Rodriguez then traveled quite a bit between Turkey (Galatasaray), Germany (Mainz), Israel (Maccabi Tel Aviv) and the Netherlands (Fortuna Sittard). The Spaniard will bring his experience of European competitions, having played in the Champions League but also in the Europa League and the Conference League.
