Kühne offers HSV mega sum!
The HSV is clammy. Finally, the question arose: a new player or air conditioning to make the Volksparkstadion suitable for the European Championship.
Now there is a new offer for the renovation of the club. Ironically, by long-term critic Klaus-Michael Kühne (85). He offers HSV 120 million euros and sets ten conditions.
Sounds great, but there is a catch.
The most important points: Among other things, Kühne wants more power through a new working committee with people from HSV eV and his Kühne Holding. His shares in HSV Fußball AG are to be increased to 39.9 percent. The HSV eV (previously 75.6%) should therefore sell him 25.5%.
A new supervisory board is to be filled with two representatives each from HSV and Kühne. In addition, a fifth person on whom the two main shareholders should agree.
60 to 80 million euros (depending on how high a new valuation report turns out to be) would flow into the HSV coffers. A change in the distribution of shares can only be decided by a general meeting. And the HSV members have always been against it.
What could cause the mood to sway is the Kühne declaration that the Volksparkstadion should be called the Uwe-Seeler-Stadion for the next ten years. Kühne would extend the rights contract and transfer three to four million annually. So that makes another 30 to 40 million euros.
