A few hours after the Major League Soccer (MLS) transfer market closes and becomes official the transfer of Riqui Puig to Los Angeles Galaxythe ‘Dongcast’ podcast has published some leaked audios of the Matadepera midfielder.
Asked in February about the incorporation of Ferran Torres, Riqui Puig commented that “Guardiola didn’t even want it, last year he played 12 games”. The former Manchester City player landed at the Camp Nou in exchange for 55 million euros in the winter transfer market, in addition to Aubameyang and Adama Traoré, the latter on loan.
In the same audios he also acknowledges having received offers from Chelsea and AC MilanHowever, his career as a footballer will continue to be carved out on the other side of the pond, in a much smaller league than the Premier League or Serie A.
