Grigor Dimitrov embarks on yet another season finale among the top 20 in the world. The Bulgarian became world 3 and a Grand Slam semifinalist for the first time in 2017, where his tennis, sometimes so similar to Federer’s, delighted the public wherever he went.

Now, at 31 years old, and already in his sporting maturity, the man from Haskovo sees his career differently. Perhaps, with less pressure to achieve things, and with more freedom to develop his game further away from the spotlight.

All of this comes with consistency. It’s up to me, although now everything is more volatile than before. That’s why I have to be smart with the breaks«, Dimitrov reflected, regarding a new more dosed planning of his calendar.
