The Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) confirmed this Thursday afternoon the two teams that will participate in the London Series 2023which will take place on June 24 and 25 at the London Stadium. It’s about the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs.

The series of two confrontations between both ninths was agreed to take place in June 2020; however, all the MLB World Tour had to be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It will be the second time that Big leagues count on its calendar with regular role-playing games in Europe, having as background the Serie Inaugural which took place on June 29 and 30, 2019 between Boston Red Sox y New York Yankees.

The MLB World Tour it will arrive in Asia, Mexico, Latin America and Europe starting next season and running through 2026. It is slated to feature 24 regular-season games and 16 exhibition games.
