Campestre Torreón announces its Annual Tennis Tournament

The Tennis Committee of the Torreón Country Club made the official presentation of his XLVIII Annual Tournamentwhich will develop from Monday, August 22 to Saturday, September 3which will have categories for all ages and levelswhere the Opendone outstanding rackets will take part at the national level.

The announcement was made by Enrique Menéndez, president of the Campestre Torreón Board of Directors, accompanied by Andrea Martínez and Carlos Villalobos, members of said committee.

President highlighted the work carried out by this team of professionals for two years, focused on strengthening the school that currently has more than 130 childrenforming new generations of tennis players who are increasingly better prepared.

Carlos Martinez explained that this tournament seeks the integration of the tennis community of La Laguna, the partners and all passionate about this sport in the region, without leaving aside the part of high competition, since within the festivities there will be an open tournament, with Open level rackets, to play a bag of 35 thousand pesosin addition to have the traditional categories of children, initiation and adults.

He stressed that with the payment of their registration, participants can play singles and doubles or play doubles and mixedthus rescuing that tradition that was being left aside of contending men and women.
