The Santiago judoka Benjamín Torres is representing our provincesince it is part of the Argentine team of said discipline.

He was summoned to participate in the Central International Tournament of the Republic, which is being played in Carlos Paz, Córdoba, in which if he wins, he will qualify for the South American.

An important achievement for an 11-year-old boy —he trained at the Jigoro Kano academy— to be able to represent Santiago del Estero in judo. Without a doubt, one of the promises of our sport that can go far if he puts his mind to it.
