Barum Rally 2022 presents the program and route

The Barum Rally was born in 1971 as an amateur rally announced as part of the celebration of the start of trial operation in the newly built tire factory Rudý říjen in Otrokovice. However, a lot of time has passed since then and the rally itself has gained in importance, professionalism and speed and has become a stable part of the calendar of the Czech Championship and the European Championship. What can you as viewers expect from her this year?

This year’s “Barumka” takes place on 26-28 August 2022.

Thursday, August 25: Administrative and technical acceptances, familiarization drives

Friday, August 26: Shakedown in the afternoon, Super special stage in the evening

Saturday, August 27: Six stages on three sections

Sunday, August 28: Six stages on three sections

Where is the Barum Rally?

The race will take place in Zlín and its surroundings. 13 special stages with a total length of almost 203 km await the competitors.

Last year, Jan Kopecký won his tenth jubilee victory here with a Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo. Will he be happy this year too?

WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO?

As always, the highest Czech racing elite will meet here, which will be supplemented by foreign fighters competing for points to the European championship. As always, it will be driven here at full throttle all the way to the finish line.

In addition to the main race, the Barum Rally Zlín Historic will also take place, with 176 sharp kilometers divided into 11 special stages waiting for its participants.
