Badminton leader saves unconscious residents in Gangjin-eup restaurant with first aid

Badminton leaders participating in a badminton competition held in Gangjin are attracting attention by providing first aid to a resident who lost consciousness due to shortness of breath at a restaurant in Gangjin-eup.

After the badminton game around 7pm on August 9th, the leaders, who were eating at a restaurant in Gangjin-eup, witnessed Mr. A suddenly collapsed at the table next to him and suffering from shortness of breath. Yang Won-jae, director of Yubong Girls’ High School, rushed in and secured an airway, then shouted to coach Choi Kyu-hyeon to call 911, and Daesung Girls’ High School coach Ahn Hyo-gil performed CPR until 119 paramedics arrived.

Resident A was urgently transported to Gangjin Medical Center, and it is reported that there is no major threat to life after he recovered consciousness and was discharged.
