FACING THE NEXT EUROPEAN UNDER-15 CHAMPIONSHIPS. The island’s badminton delegation is working hard to prepare for the European Under-15 Championships that will take place at the end of September in Ibiza. Yesterday a promotion day was held on the Abel Matutes de Vila boulevard with the presence of players and fans from the Pitiusan clubs. Likewise, from the delegation they launched an appeal for the recruitment of volunteers, who will receive training through three free courses for the disciplines of badminton monitor, track referee and track assistant. The federal entity has nine schools on the island and intends to open more.
