UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin has said that we need to keep investing in women’s football and develop it in exactly the same way as men’s football. What do you think has to happen in Austria?
We have to take the momentum that has been created and make sure that the euphoria stays. We need to attract more investors and get even more girls interested in football. It would be very important to make the Austrian women’s Bundesliga look better. It cannot be that almost all Bundesliga players have to work, many even have a 40-hour job. Salaries need to be raised. We don’t want to earn millions, but we would like to be able to make a living from our job. In general, we must not only talk, but also let actions speak for themselves.
