The Kenyan has stopped the clock in 3:50.37, just 30 hundredths of the record of the Ethiopian Genzebe Dibaba. It is the second best female time ever. Other great marks of the meeting have been those of Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce in 100 meters (10.62) and Noah Lyles in 200 (19.46).
