It is called Silentwaves: it is the new fashion in terms of dance and music and will be at the Bosco di Paliano next Saturday from 17.30 to 19. Open by reservation to all ages and physical conditions, the “silent music” allows everyone to express themselves in freedom and respect for the fauna that lives in the Paliano Wood. Silentwaves is in fact a conscious dance practice, a musical journey and an inner experience.
How does it work? It provides that those who practice it use headphones, so the music does not propagate in the environment and everyone can dance free from patterns, conditioning of the past or steps to follow. The Silentwaves is an interior show for those who live it and an exterior show for those who observe the participants express themselves and move in nature.
The event curated by Cristina Crescenzi is part of the program of the Bosco di Paliano and will be followed, from 7 pm, by one of the awaited aperitifs at sunset in the forest, with walks, music and dinner. The oasis of the Natural Monument Selva di Paliano and Mola di Piscoli for this weekend also includes educational falconry shows (Saturday and Sunday at 11 and 16), shiatsu treatments under the centuries-old oaks (Sunday by reservation) and, for children, a puppet show at 12 on Sunday.
From archery to horseback riding, from the promotion of local products to beekeeping workshops, the wood is in full swing and ready to welcome those seeking shade and coolness. Next week, by popular demand, stargazing will also be back with the amateurs “La via delle stelle”.
