MEven the greatest optimists did not expect these results: two gold medals and team bronze for the German women – the most successful European Gymnastics Championships in the history of the German Gymnastics Federation. What is still missing from these statistics, but by no means unimportant with a view to the future, are the results of the Junior Women’s European Championships, which also took place in Munich last weekend.
