MANCHESTER Liverpool have just swallowed a bitter pill after an embarrassing loss to their eternal rival, Manchester United. Jurgen Klopp’s troops fell 1-2 to Man United in the third week of the 2022-2023 Premier League match on Tuesday (23/8/2022) early morning hrs.
In that match, Liverpool had a hard time facing Man United from the start. They even fell behind 0-2 thanks to goals from Jadon Sancho in the 16th minute and Marcus Rashford in the 53rd minute.
Liverpool also had time to reply in the 81st minute through Mohamed Salah’s goal, but the Reds were too late to get up and had to be willing to lose 1-2 to the team nicknamed The Red Devils. So what makes Liverpool helpless to fall at Old Trafford?

Liverpool lost despite controlling the game against Man United. More than 70 percent of the possession was held by the Reds, even Klopp’s team were able to create 17 chances, five of which were on goal.
