Ehe Monday of the second week of Wimbledon has dawned with bad news for British tennis. And it is that the WTA, according to the Daily Mail, has communicated a sanction of 240,000 euros for boycotting the participation of Russian and Belarusian tennis players.

It should be remembered that the tournament management, supported by the British federation, excluded players from both countries due to the armed conflict that their country maintains in Ukraine.
