Vire Normandie: no hole in the racket for USMV Badminton!

At the end of this first full season post-Covid, the different clubs take stock. Friday June 24, 2022, it is the sports association of badminton of Vire Normandy (Calvados) which organized its famous general assembly at the end of the season.

About twenty people were present to attend this meeting led by Emmanuel Marie, the president of the club.

Projects, budget, licensees…

This was an opportunity to take stock of these different themes. The club matters 78 licenseesfrom adults to children through teenagers or even the “mini bad”.

Despite these last two complicated years sportingly and financially, the badminton club was able to recover. The former treasurer evokes “a solid club” which has a surplus of €706 for this 2021/2022 season.

Changes are also planned for the licences since the club was organized around 13 different contributions, the club will have only four contribution levels for licensing next season.

Members will be able to practice badminton on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.

The assistant in charge of sports in Vire, Philippe Maléon, was present at the general assembly, the opportunity for Emmanuel Marie to quote him the various corrective measures to be brought to the club.

The non-visibility of eastern gymnasium from the street or the lack of taps in the gymnasium were notably addressed.
