The U-19 Indonesian national team met Thailand in the third matchday of the U-19 AFF Cup group stage. Shin Tae-yong defended the winning team as a starter.
Indonesia vs Thailand took place at the Patriot Stadium, Bekasi, Wednesday (6/7/2022) evening WIB. Indonesia currently sits in third place in Group A with four points and Thailand in second with six points.
Vietnam is at the top of the standings after a few minutes ago beating Brunei Darussalam with a score of 4-0. This means that Indonesia must win in this match to stick to Vietnam and not be left behind with Thailand.
Shin Tae-yong started almost the same as when crushing Brunei with a score of 7-0. The only change was Ferdiansyah Cecep Surya, who appeared from the start to replace Muhammad Raffli Asrul.
