BOLASPORT.COM – Former Liverpool defender, Jason McAteer, considered that Sadio Mane’s departure to Bayern Munich was a sign of a slick squad regeneration.
The English Premier League giants, Liverpool, are one of the busy teams in the 2022 summer transfer market.
This transfer market is Liverpool’s first time without Michael Edwards as sporting director who takes care of the entry and exit of players in the Reds camp.
Michael Edwards decided to no longer work and his position was taken over by his deputy, namely Julian Ward.
Julian Ward’s performance so far has looked pretty good with signings.
Ward has even been trusted to start leading since last January with one of his recruits being Luis Diaz from FC Porto.
Now, Ward has succeeded in bringing in Darwin Nunez, Fabio Carvalho, and Calvin Ramsay.
All three are young players who are promising and have the potential to break into the first team and become Liverpool’s mainstay under Jurgen Klopp.
