Six new black belts at the Judo club redonnais. Sport

The season has not been easy with the departure of emblematic coach Stéphane Briend. The only teacher of the Redonnais Judo Club (JCR), chaired by Romuald Etrillard, Nicolas Schott had to cope. “It was not easy with the hundred licensees. But I was able to count on the great support of Cheyenne Etrillard and on the secretary Jean-Marie Perdreau to take care of the youngest and the babies. For my part, I took in hand the youngest, minimal, cadets and juniors, our best cadets supervising the youngest. » Needless to say, the leaders are looking for another professor to support Nicolas Schott, who regrets “that too many young people hesitate to get involved”.

But a positive season

But this season is still very positive with the participation of three youngest in the Brittany championship, Pierre Guillet, Léonard Brighton, and Morgann Landay, and the minimal Titouan Joubrel in the French Cup and in the departmental team. If we add the youngest Marius Terrien in the French Cup and the presence of Victor Cordonnier in the French Championship of and he came (work on the ground in judo), a discipline dear to Stéphane Briend, the JCR has held its rank. And two of his judokas Marius Terrien and Victor Cordonnier are at the hope center of Rennes, joined in September by Louis Guillet.

Six black belts

And there was the beautiful harvest of six black belts, to the great joy of Nicolas Schott. “The black belts of our young people are the result of serious work. If their qualities are different, they are all inhabited by their passion for judo, effort and competition. This belt is not a culmination but the start of another adventure. I am, and we are, very proud of them. » Some may begin their race towards the 2e dan. In the meantime, Marius Terrien, 16, since his 4 years at the JCR; Victor Cordonnier, dismissed since 2012; Louis Guillet, 15, future pole of hope; Lise Allain, 16, who had started in Bains-sur-Oust; Anouk Schott, 16, and Matteo Sogliuzzo, both trained at Allaire before joining the JCR, appreciate this black belt, a big plus for their future fights on the tatami.
