Scouts report on each of the Bruins’ 2022 picks

I like to think I’m generally in touch with what’s going on in the hockey world, especially with what’s going on with the Bruins.

However, I’m not going to pretend I have no idea which kids might be taken, so any analysis of the 2022 Bruins draft will be based solely on quoting other people’s work.

(I think it is for the vast majority of people, but who knows… everyone can already be an expert in some outline of Latvia’s horizon).

With that in mind, when cool people enter the Neutral Zone When reached with an offer to share scouting information on the Bruins’ draft picks, I jumped at the chance.

As a scouting service, the Neutral Zone staff has been following these kids for years in preparation for their eligibility to be recruited, so it’s no exaggeration to say they know more about these kids than any of us.

In this contest, the great defenseman skated well, showing sound awareness throughout the defensive zone and using his strong position to keep the puck out of dangerous areas. In the first period, Oceanic was the only one to go out in Armada’s two-on-one. After identifying the discus holder intending to shoot, Brunet used his long arm to insert the stick into the shooting lane and guide the disc safely over the glass. Several times he used the same approach and posture to block or intercept cross-ice passes in the Rimouski area.
