Premier League: Tottenham signs Richarlison for 69.5 million euros

Tottenham has broken the ‘bank’ by signing Richarlison. The ‘spurs’ pay 69.5 million euros to Everton, according to the ‘BBC’, for a 25-year-old Brazilian international who signs until 2027 with the ‘spurs’.

Taking these figures for granted, Richarlison exceeds the 60 ‘kilos’ that it cost Tottenham Ndombélé (Olympique Lyon) in 2019, becoming the most expensive signing in the history of the London team. The Brazilian international leaves an Everton team that he joined in 2018 from Watford and with whom he has played 152 games and scored 53 goals.

Fourth signing of the summer

The past two seasons, injuries have kept Richarlison from performing at his best. With the signing of him, Conte has one more versatile attacker to join in his offensive vanguard along with Kane, Son Kulusevski, Perisic… It is the fourth signing of the summer for the ‘spurs’ after the Croatian winger (free from Inter), Forster (free from Tottenham) and Bissouma (29.2 ‘kilos’ from Brighton).
