Maider Redin is once again the athlete with the most chances of a medal. The butterfly player from San Sebastian from Easo left empty in terms of medals in the Spring Open but she continues to improve her times so she could be among the best in her specialty. The 17 swimmers who compete in the junior category (boys born in 2004 and 2005 and girls born in 2005 and 2006) could also cause a surprise without forgetting the sisters Ainhoa and Leire Martín who compete in the young absolute category (boys born in 2002 and 2003 and girls born in 2003 and 2004).

Bidasoa XXI is the most represented club with 10 swimmers and five swimmers, which will allow it to launch several relays. Tolosaldea, with eight male swimmers and one junior swimmer, will also participate in the relays. Izarraitz attends with two swimmers and Aloña Mendi, Atlético San Sebastián, Buruntzaldea, Easo, Eibar Igerixan and Zarautz with one representative each.
