Nicola Carosi first in the 81 kilos

Jesi Judo Samurai athletes no longer stop. At the prestigious international AT tournament in Leipzig, Germany, came a 1st place with Nicola Carosi (in the 81 kg category Under 18,) a 5th with Mtiraoui Dhia, and excellent feedback from the other participants Giacomo Carosi and Ntipadem Alex, who stopped at preliminaries. About 350 Under 18 and Under 15 athletes from 7 countries, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Czech Republic, Italy and of course Germany participated in the AT Tournament in Leipzig last June 18-19. All won for ippon (success before the limit) the matches of Nicola Carosi, who climbed to the top step of the podium by defeating the very strong German Dobbech, finalist in the Judo Bundesliga championships.

After the recent victories achieved in Italy at the Junior National Championships with Edoardo Clementi from Jesi, the company from Jesi also asserts itself in foreign lands. The trip to Germany led by the coach Andrea Coppari and his teammate Tommaso Mazzanti was definitely positive. Now the next decisive appointments always abroad: Edoardo Clemanti involved in the European Cup of Judo in mid-July, in Hungary, and Bitri Klajdi on stage again in mid-July in Romania, at the finals of the Balkan Championships.
This dense, important, very profitable sporting year will end with the International Judo Stage in Montegrimano, organized by the Judo Samurai from 17 to 23 July, with the extraordinary participation of the 2018 world champion and bronze athlete at the recent Olympics, the south- Korean An Chang Rim.
