Lega Nazionale Pallacanestro and Advanced Distribution Spa, the exclusive distributor of the Molten brand for Italy, have announced the achievement of an agreement for the supply of Molten balls to all LNP leagues. The signed contract will therefore be valid as early as next season 2022/2023.
Molten balls were the first to have official approval from important official sports bodies, such as FIBA (International Basketball Federation), FIVB (International Volleyball Federation), FIFA (International Federation of Football Association), IHF (International Handball Federation ).
In Italy, Molten is already the official supplier of FIP (Italian Basketball Federation) and LBA (Lega Basket Serie A).
For the next season the model chosen as the “Official Match Ball” is the B7G4000 and will be used in the national championships and in all the events organized by LNP.
Molten was the official ball of the basketball tournament at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics and will be the official ball of Eurobasket 2022 this year.
