Miles Bridges turned himself in to authorities on June 29 after incidents that prosecutors say took place “on or around June 27 and 28.” After he was released on $130,000 bail, his wife, Mychelle Johnson, posted photos on Instagram showing injuries to her face and body.

“I hate that it’s come to this, but I can’t keep quiet anymore. I allowed someone to destroy my home, abuse me in every way possible and traumatize our children for life,” she wrote. “I will not allow the people around him to keep silencing me and keep lying to protect him.”
