Miguelón’s first words as an Oviedo player: “I really want to set foot in Carlos Tartiere”

It’s official. Miguelón is a new Real Oviedo player. He arrives on loan from RCD Espanyol until the end of the season. He will be presented at 1 pm at the Carlos Tartiere. “I really want to be all together, to step on the Carlos Tartiere, to meet my teammates and for it to be an exciting year”the new carbayón player commented to the official Oviedo media.

Miguelón, a 26-year-old right-back, was trained in the Villarreal youth academy. He later moved to Huesca, where he had an appreciable participation in the promotion to the First Division of the Huesca club in 2020. However, He decided to stay in the silver category to sign for Espanyol, with whom he achieved a new promotion. After playing just four games last year, he seeks to regain prominence at Oviedo and, incidentally, his third consecutive promotion to the highest category of Spanish football.
