After four years of absenceMexico will again have a representative in the Stars game from Major League Baseball. Alejandro Kirk of the Toronto Blue Jays will be the first Mexican catcher in history to be a starter in the All-Star Game. But how many Mexican players have been present at this prestigious game?

the legendary Beto Avila was the first mexican to represent the country in Game of stars on July 8, 1952 at Shibe Park in Philadelphia. The Veracruz native was the starting second baseman for the american league by the Cleveland Indians.
