This is the sixth reinforcement that arrives at the Eternal, to face the next LNB that begins in October.
Club Atlético Riachuelo announced the incorporation of its sixth reinforcement: it is Mariano Fierro, who was born in Chascomús, Buenos Aires, is 35 years old and measures 2.00 meters, and comes to Eterno to offer all his experience as a pivot.
Fierro has an extensive career, since he was part of Estudiantes de Olavarría, Gimnasia, San Martín and Regatas. He then also continued his journey through Boca Juniors, Peñarol, Atenas and Libertad. In 2007 he had his first experience outside of it: he played for El Cosmos de El Salvador.
His time in the National League was always successful. In the 20/21 season, wearing the Mercedes Communications shirt, he averaged 20.6 points and led the rebounding table with 9.9%. He was also included in the ideal quintet of that edition.
Now he arrives at the Eternal to reinforce the internal zone and be the protagonist in the next season. In this way he joins Latraius Mosley, Santiago Arese, Franco Pennacchiotti, Manuel Buendía and Tomás Zanzottera, who are the other reinforcements, in addition to Erik Flor who renewed his link with the institution.
It should be remembered that the next edition of the National Basketball League will begin on October 5.
