Millonarios will face Envigado FC next Sunday, in a match on date 4 of the BetPlay Dimayor II-2022 League, with Omar Bertel, left back in Alberto Gamero’s usual eleven, sidelined due to injury.
Gamero and his boys need good results to restore the confidence of the fans, and the win against Atlético Nacional the previous day motivates them despite the injury of one of their starters.
Thus, the technician explained how he will solve the problem on the left wing.
“We are not going to change much. Omar Bertel is going to be absent for about 15 days, we are practicing some ideas, Israel Alba is on the right, Elvis Perlaza on the left and the rest is the same”, confirmed Gamero, advancing the line-up that he thinks against Envigado.
A final signing in Millonarios would not be impossible, since Bertel’s injury alerted the club and therefore a reinforcement for that position would not be ruled out.
“If we find a free left back that we can bring for the registration dates, we will do it,” confirmed coach Alberto Gamero.
