503 judoka from 69 nations took part in the World Tour competition, which is part of the Olympic qualification. Also at the start was Neunkirchen’s top martial artist from JC Wimpassing.

At the start she faced 25-year-old Alina Lengweiler. Polleres made short work of the Swiss and won the fight after just 39 seconds. The Wimpassingerin delivered the strongest performance against the Uzbekin Nodira Yuldasheva. The fight went on for nearly four minutes before Polleres pinned Yuldasheva to the floor.

The encounter with Australia’s Aoife Coughlan then dragged on for four minutes. But this time the Lower Austrian drew the short straw. In the repechage, the Spaniard and junior world champion Ai Tsunoda Roustant won the golden score (overtime). Thus there were two defeats and two wins for the Wimpassingerin.
