Indonesian men’s doubles pair, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto, in the second round of the Singapore Open 2022 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Thursday (14/7/2022).

BOLASPORT.COM – Consistent performances on the field brought a blessing to Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto, who became the biggest earning men’s doubles in the BWF release.

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) through its official website has released a list of the badminton players who won the most prizes from tournaments this year.

From this list, there is no Indonesian badminton player who is in the top 10 as the winner of the most prize money.

However, Indonesia can be proud of their men’s doubles pair, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto.




Thanks to their consistent performances on the field, Fajar/Rian became the men’s doubles pair that earned the biggest income in the BWF release.

As of July 18, 2022, Fajar/Rian is in 11th place with a total prize money of US$65,630 or equivalent to Rp. 985.7 million.

The men’s doubles, ranked fifth in the world, is the Indonesian badminton player who has earned the highest income so far despite their position outside the top 10.

After Fajar/Rian, Jonatan Christie became the Indonesian badminton player who won the most prize money from the BWF tournament until the middle of this year.
