Satirists on Happy Monday don’t just want to talk about politics. That’s why they also have their cultural-critical club called WTF, or What the Film. Jindřich Šídlo therefore decided to hold a debate on the new film The President.
In order to find out if it is a political thriller or a romantic comedy, and if you should spend money on cinema tickets in these difficult times, Jindřich sent two of our experts to the press premiere.
The main cultural analyst of Happy Monday, the aspiring doctor of new media Petr Šprincl, who subjected the film to professional film criticism. And also our chief political analyst, associate professor of parliamentary political science Václav Dolejší, who assessed how well the scenario corresponded to reality.
