Birthday trouble for Julian Nagelsmann!
The Bayern coach (turned 35 on Saturday) had talked in a good mood the day before the game against Manchester City (0-1) about Harry Kane (28), who Bayern finds interesting in principle as Lewandowski’s successor.
Nagelsmann gushed in Green Bay: “He’s very expensive, that’s the problem. Kane is a brilliant player, one of the two or three center forwards that can really play that position. The last two years he played a little lower than number 10. He has a very strong body, good feet, a good header. It could be possible that he scores a lot of goals in the Bundesliga. I don’t know the exact price, but it’s very difficult for Bayern. We’ll see what happens in the future.”
One did not like these statements at all: Tottenham coach Antonio Conte (52).
He reacted very irritated: “If I want to do something, I talk to the club and not to the media. That’s maybe a little disrespectful towards the other club. I don’t know why this happened. I’m definitely a coach who doesn’t talk about players from other clubs…”

The Italian continued: “The situation at Tottenham is very clear, the plan is very clear with the club: Harry is part of our project. A very important part. So these are just rumours.”
Completely different opinion!
